3. Client Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the performance of our services
• Take responsibility for all decisions regarding the use of our services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials provided to you
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security

4. Fees and Payment

Our fees for services will be as agreed upon in our engagement letter or service agreement. Unless otherwise specified:

• Payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice
• We reserve the right to change our fees with reasonable notice
• Late payments may incur interest and/or late payment fees
• You are responsible for all taxes applicable to our services (excluding taxes based on our income)
